The Northern Territory Medicare Local values all feedback received, good and bad, as it allows us to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and services.

The NTML appreciates any compliments and supports your right to make a complaint, express a concern or provide any other feedback.

If you have a complaint about an action or decision made by the NTML, we would welcome the opportunity to resolve your complaint.

The NTML is committed to addressing all issues and will work with you to relieve your concern.

With your permission, the NTML may use compliments received for marketing purposes or internal reporting.
